Is the California DMV losing money since with reduced days and hour people are not able to take tests?

at least behind wheel testIs the California DMV losing money since with reduced days and hour people are not able to take tests?
Nope. All fees are still being collected, either online, mail or in person other days of the week. In fact, furloughs are causing more income, as people are paying these fees late, and getting charged extra.

You already paid for your driving test when you got your learner's permit. Is the California DMV losing money since with reduced days and hour people are not able to take tests?
No they are saving money. The fewer hours they are there, the less the state pays in wages, retirement, taxes, etc.
