What is covered in 6 Hours behind the wheel driver training for 16 year old?

Does the 6 hours include the time spent by the driving school personnel in getting the permit from DMV? I am in New Jersey USAWhat is covered in 6 Hours behind the wheel driver training for 16 year old?
The 6 hours cover the basics of driving in terms of handling of a car, as well as the rules the road.

Some situations which should be covered are:

- parking (parallel, perpendicular)

- "k" turn and "u" turn

- turns

- traffic light

- reverse

- recognizing signs

- highway - lane changing, entering and exiting

- city driving- defensive driving techniques

- road test prep

the driving consist of just that , @ first city then onto the highway, and they will have you pull into parking lots to practice parking !
