Can you rent a car from the dmv so you can take your road test for your license?

i have a car but i don't have the money to insure my car. i cant borrow any ones car because they don't have the e brake in the center Console. so i wanted to know if you can borrow or rent a car from the DMV for the road test. i don't know if you can use the cars that they do the 6 hours in or not.|||No one will rent a car without a drivers license. How does not having a center console e-brake make a difference?|||No you must supply your own car. The DVM does not offer this service.|||No
