I need to transfer my registration from out of state. The warwick mall express office doesn't handle this. Which of the other offices has the shortest wait? I've heard stories of 4 plus hour waits!Which RI DMV office has the shortest waits?
This is truly a case of the lesser of multiple evils. The Middletown office is fairly quick but I am not sure if they handle registration transfers. The biggest office is in Pawtucket in the old Apex building. Since the move to that building the process is a lot smoother, but it is still the DMV and unfortunately you might have to make a day of it.
