And a parent or guardian is responsible for certifying in writing that the proper number of hours has been completed.|||in oklahoma you take dirvers ed after you complete the driveing part your driveing instrucor will give you what is called a green card proveing that you past everything then when your fifteen and a half you go to the dmv and show them that and bith ceterficate and all that good stuff but you have to pass the text then six months laster you take a drivers test if you pass it then you get your license so really your driveing consture will know in oklahoma i drove like 3 hours for two days but thas no california hoped this helped
