If I have a habitual traffic suspension in one state, would that stop me from getting a license in another?

Ok i had got my license suspended for 5 years in florida for being a habitual traffic offender. Now I have all my tickets taken care of and I'm elligible for the hardship license but I no longer live in florida, I live in Tennessee. So my question is (before i go wait in line at the dmv for hours) does anyone know if the habitual traffic offender suspension carries over into other states? If I have a habitual traffic suspension in one state, would that stop me from getting a license in another?
Yes all states are connected and honor suspensions.
