How does the order of service (at the DMV) work before the doors open?

If people come to the DMV before hours of operation, in what order should they enter the building and be served and/or be given a number? Order the cars entered the lot, order cars are parked, or order in which people line up at the door?|||do you know how a line works? if you're in front of the line you get served first.|||I would say the order that people lined up at the doors.





An employee will not be going to each car, passing out numbers in the parking lot.
